Today (August 22, 2011) I will start my healthy life style. In the pass I would start and something would distract me or I would just get unmotivated. Today I will start my exercise program and eating healthy for life. As a result of this program I would like to loose 10lbs. of FAT and gain 10lbs. of muscle.
I am starting this as a 24 Day Challenge. I will update my blog to let you know how my challenge is going and up load pictures of my progress every week.
Thanks to my friend Tyson for helping me get motivated again an getting back to a healthy life style.
