I know I haven't logged on in a few days, as I sated on my last posting I was going to a family reunion and I did. I had a great time with all of my family. And yes I did stick with my healthy eating habit. We had different kinds of food but I filled up on most of the veggies, fruit and meats that was not as high in fat. I got up early Saturday morning and down stars to the fitness room and did 30 minutes on the treadmill and worked my upper with weights. This pass weekend was a challenge for me but I stuck with it. Now it’s time to start my new week. I am very excited about this week because I weigh in on tomorrow and I will be posting and let you know how I've done. So make sure you check my Blog tomorrow it should be interesting.
