Day 2 of MyHealthy Life Style (24 Day Challenge)

After getting out of bed at 6:30 this morning, I started my way out to the gym. I had a 11/2 hour workout. I start out with a mile and half on the treadmill. After that I went into my  weight training I worked on upper body today, Chest, Shoulder, Back, Triceps and Biceps. I came home and my energy level has not decrease thank God for a wonderful blessed day..
