Day 9 of My Healthy Life Style (24 Day chellange)


I didn't post anything yesterday, but I am still on track with my healthy life style (24 Day Challenge). I worked legs yesterday and did 45 min of cardio, 20 min on the treadmill, 15 min on the elliptical, 10 min on the bike.

I know I said I was going to be posting a new video, pictures and a update of my weight but I decide to wait until I finish my 10 day Herbal Cleanse. My last day will be Thursday and I will let everyone know if I have lost any weight. I fell so well and light I can’t wait to share it with y'all. Not only do I fill well physically but menially also. I have more energy and I can focus better.

I am about to go ta a 45 min walk now. Take care and always.
