Day12/15 Of My Healthy Life's Style (24 Day Challenge)

This pass weekend was very busy. I took today off from the gym because I feel my body need the rest, but tomorrow morning I will be at it full force. Have a great holiday I well have plenty to share with you tomorrow.

Day 10/11 Of My Healthy Life's Style (24 Day Challenge)


Ok! It’s been a couple of days since I logged my progress. It's been a real challenge I'm not going to lie to you; this has been one of the most challenging goals for me.  I put it out where everyone could see what I am doing. It makes me so accountable to continue my progress, so I don't want to disappoint anyone who might be considering blogging along. As of today my 10 day Herbal Cleanser has come to a end. The good news is in 10 days I have lost 3lbs. and I feel go good and energetic as I stated a few days ago I can focus better and it make my days easier. My difficulties come finding time to blog, so as of now I may not blog everyday but I will update my status at least once a week. Tuesday I will have a new video and new picture of my progress.

Day 9 of My Healthy Life Style (24 Day chellange)


I didn't post anything yesterday, but I am still on track with my healthy life style (24 Day Challenge). I worked legs yesterday and did 45 min of cardio, 20 min on the treadmill, 15 min on the elliptical, 10 min on the bike.

I know I said I was going to be posting a new video, pictures and a update of my weight but I decide to wait until I finish my 10 day Herbal Cleanse. My last day will be Thursday and I will let everyone know if I have lost any weight. I fell so well and light I can’t wait to share it with y'all. Not only do I fill well physically but menially also. I have more energy and I can focus better.

I am about to go ta a 45 min walk now. Take care and always.

Day 7 of My Healthy Life Style (24 Day Challenge)


I know I haven't logged on in a few days, as I sated on my last posting I was going to a family reunion and I did. I had a great time with all of my family. And yes I did stick with my healthy eating habit. We had different kinds of food but I filled up on most of the veggies, fruit and meats that was not as high in fat. I got up early Saturday morning and down stars to the fitness room and did 30 minutes on the treadmill and worked my upper with weights. This pass weekend was a challenge for me but I stuck with it. Now it’s time to start my new week. I am very excited about this week because I weigh in on tomorrow and I will be posting and let you know how I've done. So make sure you check my Blog tomorrow it should be interesting.

Day 4 of My Healthy Life Style (24 Day Challenge)

Hello everyone this have been a great day. I went to the gym this morning, I did 20 minutes on the bike and 25 minutes on the treadmill. After all I lifted weights.  I worked on Quadriceps and Hamstrings, Calf, Abdominal and Stretches Wow is all I can say. Another healthy protein shake for breakfast with a banana and off to work I went. I had a yummy lunch from Subway, Turkey on wheat with no cheese or mayo, baked chips and a bottle of water. Dinner was hard great, baked lemon pepper tilapia, mix veggies and pinto beans. Ok I need all of y'all help this week end. I am going to my family reunion and it's going to be a challenge for me. We all know what happen at family reunions EAT, EAT, EAT and EAT again. All kinds of  food's and sweets not to mention  sweets are my weakness. So when you have that little talk with Jesus and tell him about your troubles please mention me in your prayers. I will still be Blogging so watch and read how I'm doing. Have a goodnight.

Day 3 of My Healthy Life Style (24 Day Challenge)

Today was a wonderful day. I started my day at 6:30am. Today was Cardio day, I did 40 minutes of Cardio. I usually go to the gym but today I went to the school I walked an jogged. It was so nice out, I enjoyed watching and watching the little kids walking to school. After I got home I had a berry flavor protean  drink with a banana for breakfast. I didn't have time to make my egg white omelet with spinach, tomatoes, turkey bacon and fat free cheese. Through out the day I make sure I had my fruit and carrots to snack on. Dinner was great turnip greens, black beans and baked chicken breast. This is my healthy life style menu and work out for today. I had a wonderful blessed day I will see you tomorrow. An as always..
